First look: 2026 KTM EXC-F and 6Days dual-sport range
KTM North America’s EXC-F dual-sport range refreshed for 2026 with three models including 6Days edition.
With the KTM motocross and enduro model ranges already introduced, KTM North America follows with the 2026 350 EXC-F and 500 EXC-F, plus a Six Days edition dual sport model.
Built and sold to meet regulations in certain States across North America, the dual sport models are for the large part the same as the EXC enduro models but with more street legal additions including mirrors, turn signal indicators, spark arrestor exhaust and 50/50 tires.
Alongside new graphics and colours across the 2026 KTM off-road range, the new bikes have a list of changes including new suspension, different rims, radiator fan as standard and a new fuel connector for more reliability.
There’s also a new fuel tank shape introduced to “maximize” fuel consumption, KTM say. Honestly, we’re not 100% sure of the details behind that. It comes as news to us and was not mentioned in the enduro press material, but we hope it means better pick up of the fuel once it gets low in the tank.

2026 KTM Dual Sport range highlights:
New graphics, seat and frame colours.
New fuel tank is designed to maximize fuel consumption and integrate into the bodywork
New bi-composite radiator shrouds
New threaded radiator cap for easier and faster opening
New protection cap for the CPC fuel connector to help prevent damage, accidental disconnect, and dirt from entering
Updated WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork with shorter, lighter main springs with a polished surface and a new pressure reservoir and one-piece hydrostop
New settings on the WP XPLOR PDS (Progressive Damping System) rear shock absorber
Standard radiator fan
PDS-type (no linkage) rear shock attachment
Topology optimized handlebar mounts increase grip surface for reduced bar twist.
Ultra-bright LED headlight with quick release
Continental TKC 80 dual-sport tires are mounted to high-end GIANT rims with CNC-machined hubs.

The 2026 range suspension upgrades with the tried-and-tested 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork receiving new damping settings and new, lighter, shorter springs, as well as a reworked pressure reservoir that has been adapted with revised geometry of the spring support.
Ther’s also a new one-piece hydro stop which results in an overall weight-saving of 200 grams. The WP XPLOR PDS shock features new settings to match the new forks.
The new protection cap on the CPC fuel connector is the same featured on all 2026 off-road models and provides added damage protection, prevents the intrusion of dirt and water. There’s also that new radiator cap and standard fan to keep the customers happy and give an easier life.
The 350 EXC-F and 500 EXC-F are joined by a 500 EXC-F 6Days edition dual sport option with these additional technical highlights:
CNC machined triple clamps
front axle puller, chain guide, frame protectors and
Supersprox stealth rear sprocket
6DAYS branded handlebars (with a specific bend), silencer and wheel rims
Floating front brake disc & solid rear disc
Rear brake safety wire for increased resistance
Skid plate
