Joe Wootton made a winning return to the British Enduro Championship at the Welsh classic Hafren Enduro, rounds three and four of the 2021 season which also saw the return of David Knight who took E3 class win on a 500 KTM.

A break in the international calendar and with the International Six Days Enduro just around the corner, some of Britain’s best enduro riders headed to one of the UK best-loved timecard enduros, the Hafren Enduro in Wales.

Rounds three and four of the 2021 British Enduro Championship ran across the two days in glorious weather and it was Joe Wootton in charge of the tests taking a 1-1 scorecard. Dan Mundell returned from injury for a runners-up spot on both days.

Josh Gotts took a third on day one but did not repeat on Sunday, dropping to P7 and allowing Tom Sagar to jump up a place third overall on day two ahead of fellow ‘old guy’ David Knight who posted 5-4 overall and won the E3 class on his KTM 500 EXC-F.
