Bradley Cox Signs with Sherco TVS Rally Team
Sherco Factory Racing announce Bradley Cox in Sherco TVS Rally team, alongside Lorenzo Santolino and Harith Noah – South African makes racing debut at Safari Rally May 18-24 in preparations for Dakar 2026.
One of the most promising young riders in Rally, South African Bradley Cox has signed to race with Sherco TVS, the official team of the French motorcycle manufacturer.
Winner of the Rally2 World Cup in 2024, Bradley has been touted as a future factory rider, considering with his father Alfie’s connection with KTM, but until now has spent his career and gained success as a privateer rider, albeit with the very well run and professional BAS World Team.
Cox has already stepped up this year to the RallyGP category at the Dakar in January but a bad crash caught him out for an early exit.
Back fit and ready to go, the 27-year-old will make his official debut on home soil in the World Rally-Raid Championship round three, the Safari Rally, from May 18 to 24.
“I am very excited to be joining the Sherco Factory Racing Team.” Says Cox. “It is a dream come true to ride for a Factory team and I am looking forward to what is to come. I already have spent some days on the bike and I feel super comfortable and at home on it. Excited for the races that are coming up for us and especially the W2RC round in South Africa!"
Cox steps into the establish Sherco TVS team alongside Lorenzo Santolino, who took Sherco’s maiden Dakar stage win this year, along with previous rally 2 winner Harith Noah.
