Video highlights, rider interviews and some awesome silty slow mo from the final Grand National Cross Country round of the 2022 season, the Ironman GNCC – Between the Arrows talks to riders including Kailub Russell and Zach Osbourne guesting with the amateurs plus tracks the Women’s XC showdown which saw Rachel Archer crowned champion.

The conditions took their toll on a good list of riders in the races with too many bikes sucking in the silt which was a feature across the weekend.
