What to expect video ahead of the GetzenRodeo Hard Enduro, the final World Enduro Super Series round of 2019 where Manuel Lettenbichler sits on the cusp of the overall title.

The eighth and final round of WESS sees Manuel Lettenbichler sitting as hot favourite for the 2019 title at his home race and at an event he won in 2018. With just shy of 1,000 points lead in the high-scoring series, Lettenbichler could amass enough of a gap in the morning race to be crowned champ ahead of the main afternoon race.

With a strong second half of the season, Jonny Walker sits second ahead of Josep Garcia third and a pumped Alfredo Gomez fourth who has form at Getzen and will be gunning for the win alongside his team-mate Graham Jarvis. Nothing is decided until that final flag.

GetzenRodeo format:

Staged all in one day the GetzenRodeo is one of the biggest hard enduro races in Germany attracting around 10,000 spectators each year.

Consisting of two races, the riders head out for a two-hour hard enduro race in the morning, the GetzenRace, where the top 20 will progress to the GetzenChamp final.

The GetzenChamp is an 80 minutes plus one lap hard enduro race. During the last lap the riders head to the Red Bull X-Loop where the most technical climbs are tackled, a section where usually the race is decided.

All the action from the GetzenRodeo will be broadcasted live on Red Bull TV and on Enduro21 – check back with us from Friday when we'll post the live feed.
