The 2023 Hard Enduro World Championship round one is finally here with the Xross Hard Enduro Rally in Serbia opening the HEWC series this week.

The four-day extreme enduro race might be relatively new to the calendar but it runs a classic, GPS navigation-style format. Xross kicks-off what promises to be a wide-open season with a stacked Pro class rider line-up starting in form, fitness and with fresh bikes.

Last year’s winner and Hard Enduro World Champion, Mani Lettenbichler, heads the entry list which includes Billy Bolt, Graham Jarvis, Mario Roman, Wade Young, Teo Kabakchiev, Alfredo Gomez and Trystan Hart all aiming for a solid start to their seasons.

2023 Xross Hard Enduro event programme:

Wednesday, May 17 – Prologue qualification and evening Enduro Cross shootout.

Thursday May 18-through-Saturday May 20 – Main race days using GPS guidance across three mountains in the west of Serbia (in the Tara, Mokra Gora and Zlatibor Mountains).
