It feels mighty strange to say that just two riders will form the KTM Factory Enduro team set to compete in the 2021 World Championship. In fact, it will be two riders, Manuel Lettenbichler and Josep Garcia, who will each compete for two different FIM world crowns.

After so many years, decades even, of multiple riders forming the KTM team this represents a change in times. That said, who’d bet against either of them not taking their respective titles?

Manuel Lettenbichler will race in the newly established FIM Hard Enduro World Championship on the KTM 300 EXC TPI. His season begins on May 7-9 at the Extreme XL Lagares Hard Enduro in Porto, Portugal.

Josep Garcia will have to wait until mid-June for the EnduroGP series to start, also in Portugal. Josep is riding the KTM 350 EXC-F in GPs back for his first full season (he dipped a toe and raced two rounds in 2020) since he won the E2 title in 2017.
