From the reconnaissance lap of the 60-kilometre main course on Saturday morning to the afternoon  exhibition races for kids, classics, adventure and rally bikes plus the spectacular Xtreme race, the Bassella weekend is festival of off-road.

The Xtreme race of the Bassella Race 1 is a crowd favourite attracts Extreme specialists like Jonny Walker and Mario Roman who will be joined by EnduroGP boys Jaume Betriu, Hamish Macdonald and Enric Francisco (among others) this year. Riders are usually in training during the preseason but the sweet cash prizes for its winners help here!

This Xtreme race and combines artificial obstacles in the first part of the lap before it moves to the open, motocross circuit. The result of this Xtreme race determines the starting order for the main Bassella Race 1 on Sunday – although some of the extreme or hard enduro specialists don’t always elect to race on Sunday.
