Organisers of the GetzenRodeo, the German Hard Enduro, have announced the date for the 2021 race – set to be a round of the 2021 WESS Enduro World Championship – with a new “High Speed” Friday night prologue as part of a fresh event format.

October 29-30, 2021 will find the GetzenForest in Griessbach host the 9th edition of the GetzenRodeo and for the second time also the final WESS round of next season.

Falko Haase and Matthias Schubert from the event organising team are promising some changes to the race format for the 2021 GetzenRodeo 2021 including a Friday night prologue, on the evening of the 29th.“With this prologue, we want to develop a new format for the race that has never been seen before in the enduro sector in this form.” There are scant clues about how the event will shape-up at time of writing except they say the prologue will be held under the motto “highspeed” in contrast to the very technical main Saturday race.
