Round 2 of the 2024 ACU British Cross Country Enduro Championship lands in Driffield, Yorkshire this weekend.

Driffield MOD Training Area will play host to the second round of the British Cross Country Enduro Championship where a 10.5-mile lap of woodlands, old quarry and open going will test riders in this new for ’24 series.

Round one of the new series was praised for the event itself at the impressive Spaunton Quarry venue and for the fact of it being a new British XC series, which is long overdue. The opening round saw Gethin Humphreys take the overall with EnduroGP riders Rosie Rowett and Nieve Holmes battling for the Women’s class honour.

BXCC is run by Edge Off Road who were particular in opening up the series for all classes including Youth, Women and electric bikes where Adam Extance claimed the inaugural win on a Stark Varg.

Sunday race format:

ACU ADULT BXCC-E (Electric) – 45-minute duration

ACU JUNIOR & YOUTH MAIN EVENT – 1.5/2-hour duration

Edge Off Road say the following BXCC rounds will head out of Yorkshire to some new venues in Wales and down south of England. More details will follow.
