The FIM has confirmed that Argentina and Spain will host the next two editions of the International Six Days Enduro in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

In a change of tack for usual protocol (normally we wait until the event to hear the location for the following ISDE) the international motorcycling governing body has gone early and announced a return to South America and Argentina in 2023.

Davi Eli, +Eventos director and the organizer of events such as the MXGP rounds and the Desafío Ruta 40 Rally, will be in charge of the Six Days as it returns to Argentina for the second time, after having already done so in San Juan in 2014.

More details about the South American event are expected to arrive at this year’s ISDE in Le Puy en Velay, France.

2024 ISDE in Spain

At the same time the FIM has also announced that Spain will host the Six Days for its fifth time – 1970 El Escorial, 1985 Alp, 2000 Granada and 2016 Navarra. The 2024 edition looks likely to head to the northern part of the country, to Galicia, at the same place where the opening round of the 2022 EnduroGP World Championship took place as Enduro21 understands.

The FIM president Jorge Viegas looked happy to advance the next two hosting countries: “Interest to stage the 6DAYS post the pandemic is both strong and healthy and will allow us to return to our plan of taking this long-standing competition to new and established countries throughout the world so it can play its part in growing new enduro markets. The next three editions of the ISDE in France, Argentina and Spain respectively will really cement the huge importance of this event in the international off-road calendar as one of the biggest and most import occasions each year.”
