Results and video highlights from the 2024 Trefle Lozerien French Classic Enduro which saw Red Bull KTM’s Josep Garcia take victory after three days fighting with GASGAS’ Andrea Verona and Jeremy Tarroux.

The 38th edition of the “le Tref” is in the books and it proved another classic dose of French enduro in the hills and valleys around Mende.

The third and final day of the Trèfle Lozérien saw riders set off in reverse order of their numbers for a 182kilometre course through the broom bushes, with longer timed tests than the previous day, providing the opportunity to make a difference on the overall timesheets.

Not so for the overall results, however, which saw Andrea Verona the narrow leader after day one but Josep Garcia claim victory on the following two days.

A margin of 15 seconds after day two, then eight seconds on day three saw the Red Bull KTM rider clock in with 23.8s advantage over his GASGAS rival. That hands Garcia his third victory on the grassy French tests in the Tarn Valley and this enduro on a grand scale – a bucket list enduro for many.

Verona has to wait another year for the victory at Le Tref which happily for them fell between EnduroGP rounds this season, allowing for an even-higher calibre entry which included Johnny Aubert and Antoine Meo on adventure bikes – Meo finished 121st overall on a Ducati.

Best of the French riders was Jeremy Tarroux adding to his own podium tally and the best “local” rider challenging the two riders currently topping the world championship classification. He finished one minute adrift of Verona and but beat Valerian Debaud by 1.9 seconds into fourth with Hugo Blanjoue completing the top five.

Killian Lunier was easily the best of the Juniors in P6 scratch.
