How fast is a pitstop on an electric motorcycle? Stark Future Racing Enduro Team took on the 2024 Gotland Grand National three-hour cross-country race in Sweden and this is what their pitstops looked like.

The 2024 Gotland Grand National cross-country race in Sweden saw Stark Future Racing riders Taddy Blazusiak and Eddie Karlsson doing some serious R&D on the enduro version of the Varg.

The ‘24 GGN was the first major XC race the official Stark Future factory riders have contested. The three-hour cross-country race saw the factory team there in force, including the boss Anton Wass, racing the GGN on Gotland.

Racing in conjunction with one of the major sponsors of the event, Swecon, it was a very real test for the electric bikes in enduro conditions.

The Swedish federation has been one of the most forward thinking of governing bodies globally in accepting electric motorcycles into competition. Eddie Karlsson has contested the Battle of the Vikings Swedish hard enduro series in 2024, taking wins along the way.

Karlsson was the best-placed of the riders in 75th place – worth pointing out these guys do not train for this kind of event.

Eddie told Enduro21 earlier in the year they had got battery swap process down to a couple of minutes and here’s the very real proof of how long it takes.

When the race win is not so important we kinda like this pit stop. I mean who doesn’t want a couple of minutes break in the middle of a gruelling XC race?
