KTM announce 2025 FMF KTM Factory Racing 300 XC-W Factory Edition based on the “robot” Trystan Hart’s US Hard Enduro-winning race bike – complete with WP Cone Valve forks.

AMA U.S. Hard Enduro Champion Trystan Hart has just sealed the lid on a fourth-consecutive crown on his FMF KTM Factory Racing 300 XC-W and KTM North America has announced this special edition on the back of the “robot’s” successes.

Wearing FMF KTM Factory Racing livery, the KTM 300 XC-W Factory Edition is something a little more exclusive with 48mm XPLOR PRO 7548 Cone Valve forks and WP XPLOR PDS shock (new settings) fitted as standard.

Enduro21 saught clarification on the spec of the suspension because we couldn’t quite believe Cone Valve Xplor Pro 7548 forks wouldn’t make this quite a deal for the $13,999 price tag (if you consider the price of the standard XC-W and Xplor Pro 7548 RRP, bought seperately that would be over 15K).

With that in mind, if you’re in the market for a 2025 kitted-out bike for hard enduro, or hard trail riding even, this is quite the saving (in North America).

That’s the headline but, as with all special edition models from the Austrian manufacturer, the Hart replica is littered with parts catalogue goodies including a factory D.I.D alloy wheel set with orange CNC-machined hubs, Dunlop AT82 Enduro tires, all-new FMF PowerCore 2.1 Titanium Silencer, radiator fan, racing triple clamp, front and rear disc guards and more.

2025 KTM 300 XC-W Factory Edition Highlights:

  • Orange frame, GUTS seat, Hinson outer clutch cover, and FMF KTM Factory Racing graphics.
  • Factory wheels with lightweight, CNC-machined, orange-anodized hubs and high-end DID DirtStar rims wrapped in new Dunlop AT82 tires.
  • WP XPLOR PRO 7548 fork featuring WP CONE VALVE technology is the pinnacle of enduro suspension. Fully adjustable for rebound, compression, and pre-load.
  • New settings on the WP XPLOR PDS shock for improved pressure balance.
  • New FMF PowerCore 2.1 Titanium Silencer features a larger body and lightweight titanium construction.
  • Solid rear brake disc and floating front brake disc with front brake disc guard.
  • Orange anodized, CNC-machined triple clamps deliver optimal fork clamping and motorcycle control.

  • Radiator fan for keeping cool when dissecting rock sections and hill climbs.

  • 39mm Keihin Throttle Body Injection system for immediate throttle response and optimal power. Electronic oil injection ensures a perfect fuel-oil mix.
  • New swingarm machining with improved front chain slider.
  • Hydraulic Brembo clutch and brake systems offer highly controllable modulation and light operation.

KTM say new 2025 KTM 300 XC-W Factory Edition is rolling off the Mattighofen production line right now and will start arriving at authorised KTM dealers this October.

Note this is a North America-specific special edition and will not arrive in too many countries.

Enduro21 does not have a price for the Hart replica at time of writing although expect it to be in the ballpark of other special editions like the 300 EXC Hard Enduro edition (which is available more widely) with many of the same components. That model is almost 12KGBP/13K€.
