New graphics mimic the full-grown models on Honda’s 2023 bulletproof mini bike range of auto transmission CRF50F, CRF110F and the big and small wheel CRF125F with e-start, clutch and gears.

The 2023 range of kids four-stroke models from Honda has been constant over many years and remains the springboard for young riders making their ways into the off-road life via the Japanese manufacture.

Featuring tried, tested and reliable engines, the line-up tops out with the CRF125F available in both big wheel and smaller wheel versions which is the most advanced of the lot with four-speed transmission, a conventional clutch and both electric and kick start. It stands alongside the CRF110F with smaller wheel sizes, a four-speed transmission, no clutch and also with the electric and kickstart.

Last (or should that be first?) the CRF50F is the mini bike for the masses rivalling the many electric bikes out there these days with a very quiet but conventional four-stroke single engine and fully auto transmission.

Jumping across the specs sheets for the different models, the aim from Honda is obviously a bike for every sized kid. Seat heights change, wheel sizes change, transmission types advance but the same robust chassis and bulletproof engines underpin it all starting for beginners on the fully auto CRF50F to the big wheel CRF125F with conventional telescopic front forks, front disc brake, a Pro-link swingarm, e-start, multiplate clutch and a four-speed transmission.
The 4.5l fuel tanks (3.8l on the 50) have integrated fuel pumps and fuel filters, and wear their Honda off-road heritage with pride on the side panels with the CRF450R-inspired bodywork and graphics. The 125F also has a handlebar-mounted multiple-function switch incorporates the starter button, ignition “key on” indicator, fuel-injection system status and a low fuel indicator warning, that illuminates when only 1L of fuel remains.
