The FIM has announced the inaugural FIM Enduro Vintage World Cup enduro will take place in Kielce-Piekoszów, Poland on September 17-18.

The longer-term plan is that this new World Cup category will include multiple events as the vintage side of enduro continues to grow. In much the same way other World Cup (slightly different categorisation to the full world championship), the FIM is looking to expand the series into different countries and has congratulated the Polish Federation (PZM) for hosting the inaugural edition this year.

The FIM Enduro Vintage World Cup together with the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy, which will be held in Santiago do Cacem, Portugal in September, shows that the FIM is aiming to cater for the Vintage riders and machines as well as still being committed to the established modern Enduro events.
